Ich habe eine Nachricht von jemandem, den ich kenne, erhalten, in dem er mir mitteilte, dass mir fälschlicherweise ein Code zugesandt wurde und ob ich ihn weitergeben könnte. Ohne nachzudenken habe ich es abgeschickt und innerhalb weniger Minuten wurde ich von WhatsApp ausgeschlossen. Ich wollte zunächst keinen Code senden, da ich mich erst kürzlich auf einem anderen Gerät registriert hatte und 12 Stunden auf einen Code warten musste. Nach einer Stunde, mehreren Telefon-Resets und ein paar Tränen war ich schließlich wieder da, verlor aber alle meine Nachrichten der letzten Tage. Ich kann nicht sehen, ob jemand daraufhin ähnliche Nachrichten erhalten hat.☹️

I’m assuming your friend got got the same way. That’s why your messages are gone. Maybe warn the ones you care about, especially the older ones.

Check your account for ‘linked devices’, they may still have full access to everything. Hope nothing private in your chats as they probably had a good look through everything…
