Spain is huge considering theyre one of the 5. If one if the others boycot as well (unlikely at this point) it wouls be DEVASTATING.

The fact that the map has to be zoomed out from Europe to include the genocidal state suggests that they shouldn’t be in it to begin with.

They’d rather lose five European countries (one of the big five among them) than lose a genocidal, non-European country. Then again, I believe Israel is the biggest sponsor of the competition.
As a clueless American i’m not sure why they even let non-european nations compete in EUROvision at all…? Israel makes about as much sense as Australia. At least the caucasus region is a transitional point geographically.

Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and Libya are also boycotting. But they’re not included in this for some reason.
I tried to watch eurovision once, but everyone was realy bad, saved for one or two songs.
I hope there is a mass boycott by the general public as well
