      >An 11-year-old girl being sexually assaulted by a U.S. Marine she met on Wizz.

      >All this in the last year alone. And there are many more cases.

      Is pretty much exactly what you would expect from that concept.

      The fact that they pointed out that this bill mandates tech companies to „uphold free speech“ is a huge red flag. Corporations have nothing to do with free speech. That’s a government thing only. Companies are free to restrict speech on their platforms as they see fit, and that is as it should be. This is why Twitter used to boot Nazis, and it was a much more useful platform as a result.
