Trump nominated Slaughter in 2018 now he wants to fire her, why, is there something specific he disagrees on?
He did the same with Powell who he appointed to the Fed in his first term when he tried to come up with some ridiculous reason to fire him then he sent his attack dogs on Cook. He just wants to control every decisions at every moment because he’s such an genius.
The FTC and others need to be insulated from presidents and remain independent. We already saw what a great job he did with his cabinet picks we don’t need to make it worse.
