Nach Angaben des japanischen Verteidigungsministeriums starteten und landeten chinesische Militärflugzeuge auf einem Flugzeugträger in den Gewässern zwischen der Hauptinsel Okinawas und den Daito-Inseln im Südwesten Japans. Nach Angaben des Ministeriums sei dies das erste Mal, dass derartige Aktivitäten in der Region bestätigt worden seien.

China locked fire-control radar onto Japanese jets (which is an explicitly hostile act, btw) , and then had the audacity to claim Japan was “causing trouble.”
Classic inversion tactic.
Japan’s response is measured, transparent, and by the book. Summoning the ambassador, is a diplomatic alternative to what could be a military one.
But how does Beijing’s respond? With an endless stream threats, denials, and excuses.
