      Having the walls of the „eye of the needle“ converge seems crazy. It’s already going to be windy and you’re making the air accelerate as it flows through.

    6. Earlier this year, I stayed at the Park Hyatt Shanghai (which is a similar building to this with a „handle“) and stayed on the 92nd Floor.

      At a height of roughly 1,500 feet I was fine inside the hotel room, but I couldn’t look out the window too much and had to divert bad thoughts out of my head. I couldn’t have stayed there if Shanghai had a history of earthquakes, etc.

      Isn’t the base and foundation of a sky scraper designed for certain height, weight and dynamic parameters? Can you just start adding lots of additional floors and other stuff willy nilly? Willy nilly being a technical term.

    8. Based on the construction history of that thing, hopefully it takes some billionaires with it on it’s way down at least.
