Just so we all know Trump is a master of distraction and is trying to take up all the space with us talking about Ukraine so we forget about the Epstein files.

Trump betrays everyone, systematically, if someone else gives him a larger check. He will eventually betray Russia if Europe puts the right price.

The alarm should have been at 10 when he was elected. Then the alarm meter should have broken and kept spinning once he and Vance ambushed Zelensky months ago. We are getting to the inevitable conclusion of this, the alarm bells, sirens, lights and fireworks have been going off this entire time.

There is no betrayal. It was the Democrats who wanted to give endless support to Ukraine not Republicans.

in my hometown we have US Presidents words engraved on a plaque „**Anyone who would choose Lithuania as an enemy, has also made an enemy of the United States of America**“. Sadly, with Trump, i don’t believe this anymore. Trump would sell us, or already sold.

To be fair we did outsource European security at an unsustainable level to the US. However that doesn’t make the betrayal any easier.

Europe is waking up and the European Military Industrial Complex will become a powerhouse.

No more humiliations but a responsibility that has to be taken seriously.

This is why we were terrified of him coming back. The far-right media said that Trump was needed to protect Ukraine. Boris Johnson wrote articles cheering on the fascist, pushing his whole I’m Ukraine’s friend stuff. BJ saying this should have let us know that it was a lie. Trump is closer to Putin than any other leader. He just sees Ukraine as another place to exploit.

Who the hell was still naive enough to be sleeping on this issue?

This was all very predictable to anyone who has any common sense and follows US politics even a little bit.

We’re reacting to this like was react to climate change.

  10. More than expected.

Trump didn’t promptly sold Ukraine and Europe to Russia as soon as he took over the government, because being the loyal subjects of the Russians is still a bit unpopular among the Republicans.

The only way to keep Trump in place is by paying him directly, like many already did. Maybe we should offer Trump an A380…

  11. I see this as a win. Your not at war currently and shows how stupid Europe was to rely on the US. Its time to depend on no one but yourself. For tech and security.

  12. The US has just officially declared that they intend to try and destroy the european way of life.

The word „betrayal“ isn’t strong enough.

  13. The alarm has been ringing since 2016 when he openly expressed admiration of Putin.
