      The whole reason Polymarket became interesting in the first place was that it’s 100% crowd driven

      everyone wants to be a market maker

      be a neutral middle man that essentially just collects fees, like skimming from the top

      out of the main services in the economy, it’s got to be one of the top functions that makes most obvious sense to socialize its profits, especially after considering the direction of popular cultures the last two decades (towards further centralization) in consideration of the power imbalance

      basically it’s just too easy to make money with once you get it down right and should be integrated into a higher function for society at large, not just the few at the top who benefit from the commercial liquidity created, that they can then gear towards their own bottom line

    3. This wouldnt be legal in any normal exchange setting as this is seen as insider trading and not being neutral to its own stance. Ah well
