But Sen. Mark Kelly may be the first lawmaker to need personal armed guards specifically because of threats made against him by the president of the United States.

I appreciate him and his service. Id still prefer a younger candidate in the future, but i wouldn’t be opposed to seasoned person as a vp paired with a younger candidate.
