      Over the years the ISP’s slowly told us how much more they were spying on us to get our guard down. Now they are totally open about it. I cant believe anyone thought Snowden was a real whistle blower.

      Does anyone recognize this quote? I think it was in Zeitgeist or a similar documentary. It was something along the lines of „When the time comes for surveillance and social control, it will not be thrust upon the people. The people will demand it“.

      As a teenager, I never understood what they meant. Then years later Alexa came out and it all became very clear. The people will demand it because it is being packaged as the new thing. The gadget of the year. The hot new item that will make your life complete.

      That one guy tracking wifi/bluetooth connections in the streets is insane to think about how many signals are passing through our bodies everyday.

      I don’t think anybody thats listened to a radio with interference or had a low wifi signal would call this idea crazy.

      This is wifi motion detection you’ve already had access to for decades by looking at the RSSI of stationary devices.

      I’ve always seen the accusation of wifi tracking as using wifi beamforming to track you inside your house through your phone.

      Youtube taps into this somehow, it senses movement then plays a long ad.

      I keep telling people that we knew about this in the mid to the late 2000s and that this is what Batman begins is about! The Army had been using this and better since before then.

      Soon they will be charging you for how often you move in your own house. While they tax you per mile to leave your house as they track your every movement through stores and your daily activities
