Ja! Danke President Stroessner. Alfredo Stroessner was Paraguay’s President from 1954 to 1989. He was an avid admirer of Hitler and the Third Reich. The Paraguayan Army wore German style helmets and goose stepped in parade. He gave refuge to a large number of Nazi fugitives.
