Interesting that the co-defendant, Jeffrey Schneider, who is sentenced to 6 year in jail is not commuted. Guess he hadn’t paid up yet.
You would think if they really believe the case did not have merit, Jeffery Schneider would be pardoned/commuted as well.
Why would they care? Senator Rick Scott as a CEO committed the largest Medicare fraud in history at the time. Why wouldn’t they sell pardons to donors?
