Let’s hope they have a very expensive bill to pay for being crappy people
Hopefully are sued for costs involved.
Either we have so much unknown insurance fraud or the demographic that attempts it is unbelievably stupid( feel like this could swing either way).
But why is it they always get caught doing the most rambunctious public activities and then posting them for all to see. I’m not currently defrauding anyone and im a lot more private than these clowns.
My personal favourite is still yer one who got stung in the christmas tree throwing competition

Why don’t the insurance companies go after false claims? They’ve no problem trying to wrangle out of paying legitimate claims via a technicality or small print. Absolute fuckers.
What’s bad is that genuine people get lumped in with these clowns.

My buddy is a cop, and he loves social media for reasons like this.
One thing to say is that the claims were not likely to be worth €120k, thats just the jurisdiction of the circuit court x 2. Delighted to see these two caught bang to rights, would’ve loved to see a motion of Fraud made and be successful.
It is different when there is a grey area, but honestly you should be liable for criminal fraud charges for this level of carry on. Though maybe someone who knows more on it might have good news that you can be? I just never seem to hear about it happening.
