Diese Flagge sah sehr cool aus und es ist die Flagge des Präsidenten von Malta. Ich habe diesbezüglich gemischte Gefühle. Haben Sie diese Flagge schon einmal gesehen? Danke schön.

Nope, never, it was introduced by Proclamation dated 12th December, 1988. Flown on the President’s official residences and offices and on all occasions at which he is present.
