Jetzt habe ich gerade eine weitere E-Mail von Universum erhalten, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass db vertrieb sie geschickt hat, um 90 € einzusammeln. Ich habe einen Zahlungsbeleg, der bis zum Fälligkeitsdatum und der Kündigung des Kontos bei ihnen eingegangen ist.
Was ist los? Warum werde ich von etwas verfolgt, das ich nicht getan habe?

When did you cancel the ticket?
Looks like you got the Deutschlandticket, did you cancel it? It‘s a subscription and they will charge you every month unless you cancel.
Regarding the sum of 58 Euro, it looks like you did commit yourself to a Deutschlandticket Abo contract which will go on unlimited unless you actively terminate the contract. Probably you did not formally terminate the contract before you left because you had not understood the conditions of the Deutschlandticket Abonnement that you commited yourself to.
Could this be the reason?
It is probable that you actually paid 1 month of unpaid costs but did not pay other months – so those went to collections.
By the way, your screenshot does have your full name in it (if this is your name).
You should urgently send a notice of termination for the Abonnement because as long as you don’t terminate it more costs will follow with each month.
