      Honestly, I always call it karpouzi. My brothers and mom call it karpouzi too, my dad and grandparents do call it pattiha.

      Παττιχα is the Cypriot word for Watermelon. Has nothing to do with size. Καρπούζι in Greek. Παττιχουα or Καρπουζακι, if you wanna be cute about it.
