They haven’t been charging anyone with fraud so we kind of already knew.
It was data theft. They got it all.
From his point of view, the real fraud is that money is going to someone other than him. He resents anyone else having $0.47.
Here’s a thought: maybe we should seize all the assets used in the commission of a crime conducted by Elon Musk against the citizens of the United States of America.
Just for an argument’s sake, let’s say it’s true and there’s a decent amount of fraud.
Why do billionaires or the 1% care(outside of pure cruelty)? They don’t use it.
Perhaps the media should challenge obviously bogus claims when they are made. Way past the news cycle at this point.

The US is profoundly addicted to the concept of rich men slapping their name on something and treating them like they somehow, single-handedly are responsible for it’s success (either legitimate or perceived)
People forget that it is our collective labor, creativity, and ingenuity that build these capitalistic empires, yet we let a select few reap nearly all of the rewards.
Why is he always making that face? 🙁 He looks like Beaker from the Muppets.

Musk was never actually trying to get rid of fraud. He was really only removing oversight so he could do what he wanted.
This is basically the same as a wolf convincing the sheep that the dog is out to get them and needs to be removed.
