Was ist das und wie kann ich es reinigen? Es gibt keinen Schimmel im Zimmer und es riecht auch nicht danach. Der Rahmen ist aus Holz und der Teil mit den Punkten ist aus Gummi.
This is a type of mold, and you can clean it with a special gel. Normal cleaning products won’t even get close to removing, only specific mold-removal gel will be able to clean and bleach it.
Look online for This, but test it in a hidden corner first to make sure it will not stain the wood during the process

I would try vinegar.

Do this a few times:
1- Put some paper towels on top and all along the silicon ( roll them in some sort of strip)
2- Wet them with some sort of liquid with chlorine (for example Schimmelentferner)
3- Check on them every five or six hours (if they are dry, wet them again)
4- In a matter of days is all gone.

I would be very careful with chemical solutions. The stuff you can put on the bathroom is not necessarily safe for windows. I corroded the plaster around my window and had to put some silicone to fix it. Try with paper towels first with just enough of chlorine
