Предполагается, что первыми европейцами, увидевшими берега Аляски, были участники экспедиции Семёна Ивановича Дежнёва в 1648 году, которые первыми проплыли по Берингову проливу из Студёного моря в Тёплое

You should read about Cabeza de Vaca. Dude made it from the Gulf coast to the Pacific. He survived shipwreck, enslavement, and extreme hardship, and somehow made his way back to Spanish-controlled territory.

Why is the map cutoff in a weird way on the east?
Also how come Chris Columbus 1492 is missing, the most important event that lead to the demise of native people in Americas.

The map doesn’t include La Salle’s return to the Gulf of Mexico trying to find the mouth of the Mississippi River.
He landed, and founded a short lived colony on the coast of Texas.
That’s why the 2nd flag of the Six Flags of Texas is the Royal Flag of France.

When French navigator Jacques Cartier named Canada and claimed these new territories (Terra Nova) for the French Crown, he noted a surprising discovery in his letters: „In those remote waters, I found a thousand Basques fishing for cod“
Why every maps here are full of false information ?
Cartier first trip to Canada was 1534 not 1535, if you put Hudson in 1609 why not Champlain in 1608 and 1600 ? Viking go to lot more inside the Saint-Laurent, Basques and Bretons and Spanish people also made trip in the Saint-Laurent before Cartier.

Drake’s “expedition” was basically a pirate’s raid on Spanish territory
