1,999,980 to the President and 20 bucks to the guy that built the bridge

    2. I wish African Nations will do away with all these puppet leaders man.

I want an African Singapore or Japan, It bothers me that there’s none of em that can reach that level, too much religious bs from Colonizer Religions and a lack of asking the state for help

Bridges are hard and politicians are corrupt. It’s probably both. It seems simple to do, but the amount of tiny forces that can force multiply are pretty insane. Add in no standards, sourcing your own materials, a lack of education, and did I mention corrupt politicians?

Yeah, it never stood a chance.

      >People are still blaming colonialism

Because it’s still happening. Apple is currently being sued for using rebel held areas of Congo to loot minerals using forced labor.

Corrupt politicians are put in place to destabilize and enable the plundering. Incorruptible politicians are smeared as corrupt to get them out of the way.

I don’t know what category this guy falls into, but it is impossible to take colonialism out of the equation when it is clearly still part of it.

    5. Looks like they stuffed the bridge with not an inch of room for another person.

    6. bet he pocketed the money and paid the locals $20 to build a bridge with some logs

No conspiracy, classic African corruption at work. Seen enough multi million dollar projects South Africa to attest to that.

      $2 million 🤨

Before watching I thought I was in for some crazy bridge collapse, debris & bodies falling 100 yards to their deaths…
      Boy was I wrong.
