Love how they served you the baileys with Ice. That barman literally has never come across a baileys coffee until you walked in. Congrats, you thought them a new recipe.
It’s a „deconstructed“ baileys coffee.
Probably thought it was an iced coffee drinks.
I actually don’t understand it tbh. I hate cold coffee unless it’s laced with syrup.
I prefer it this way. Make it how you like.
