    3. if you choose „arithmetic mean“ germany will be closer to 0 because most internet connections in germany especially outside of dense urban areas are simply „0“ which is not really considered now

    4. Idk how they have measured that. My friends, who moved from Russia to Germany said that internet there is a piece of crap compared to what they used to have while priced times more. But that info was relevant at the beginning of the war, mb internet actually has worsened since then with all that blockings

      163,3 mpbs seems low. I live in the middle of nowhere in the Netherlands and I get 280mbps inside..

      Really embarrassing for the UK this. Yet another testament to our complete inability to actually build anything or invest in infrastructure.
