Well that’s good, they will all be rich if there are no poor left.

Can it be because they cumulatively have more children? *shrug*
It’s just sensational nitpicking: „the richest 20% of households will receive 12.9 billion zloty (€3 billion) this year, more than the 12.6 billion zloty paid out to the poorest 20% of households“ – in my book that looks quite balanced (given that the benefit in question is paid out regardless of the income).
That’s what happens when you vote conservative or neoliberal.

They need that more! Better clothes, diapers and food.
No but like the poor are already having babies like crazy anyway and the rich are having fewer or no babies at all and this way you are pushing them birthrates up. Think about it.
It’s the kind of title Russia uses to create discord in a country. They can’t be accused of lying by stating statistics, they just frame it to instigate.
