Reminds me of the lottery winners in 1984
The CIA is one of the so-called ‚Alphabet Agencies‘.
The alphabet is an ordered collection of letters.
The word ‚letter‘ is built on the consonant root LTR.
The word ‚lottery‘ is also built on the same consonant root (‚LTR‘)
The idea of ‚winning the lottery‘ (and the existence of the ‚lottery‘ itself) is only there as a reminder that there is a prize to be found in the letter(s).
That is to say, the ‚lottery‘ is a pun, and a clue.
In the same way, everyone wore a mask in 2020 because it evoked the fact that a massive coverup was underway.
