To my taste, this is a *little* too much Kitsch 😉
I’ve been to Craiova twice on a business trip and I really liked it. First time was a week or so before Christmas and it was beautifully decorated and had great Christmas market.

To counter the other commenter: in my humble opinion, this is the perfect amount of kitsch. Christmas is during the darkest most depressing time of the year, when if not now should we go all out with things that make us happy?
Romania is so freaking pretty. I wish I could visit one day.
