That’s a great summary of a certain type of total trash citizen. And the dysfunction of our judicial system. How the hell has this been allowed to mark a decade of payment avoidance/evasion?
Why isn’t he put in jail for seven days? The court should be collecting on that debt, bailiff should go out and see what he has; I’m sure there’s a car or some jewellery that he can give to fulfil that debt.
