It’s worth noting „4nm“ from TSMC on Nvidia products aren’t descriptions of physical transistor dimensions, hasn’t been for two decades now afaik. So I’m wondering what’s the actual physical dimensions of China’s claimed-14nm against whatever TSMC has for their cutting edge solutions.
Actual-14-nanometer-wide transistors would be cutting edge.
The big question is – for how much die size?
