If it is helpful, 342 is the actual calories. The larger number is the kilojoules of energy.

    15.7 grams of fat = 141.3 calories

    44 grams of carbohydrates = 176 calories

    6.2 grams of protein = 24.8 calories

So it is about 342.1 calories per 100 grams of pancakes. So I would not call it a diet food but also not that crazy.

4.5k is too much something is off here.
    Despite that, 38% sugar…. jesus

  3. 300g per package
    342 cal per 100g.

That 1026 Cal if you eat the whole package.

The average adult needs around 2500 Calories per day.

  4. If ur eating pancakes from a plastic bag you are prob not reading that label.

I’ve seen a lot of suspicious macro nutrient labels too. Like sausages with 35gr of protein

Yeah, I passed on these the other day at AlphaMega as they have an unusually long shelf life for very simple ingredients including eggs and milk in a non-frozen product.

  7. 40% sugar, what in the diabetes is that?

Friendly reminder not to eat food that comes out of a factory.
