      I’m not up-to-date on how Lebanon works, but my impression was that Hezbollah are the people with the most arms (thanks Iran!), so how is disarming them supposed to work? Who is going to convince them?

      Even if they want to, they can’t. Hezbollah is way too strong and entrenched to be tackled alone by Lebanon.
