    1. Whoa. Something you could actually, reasonably call concern for laïcité, on an actual legitimate government concern. What happened?

… ‚course, there’s the question of why they were funding religious schools to begin with… and the *rest* of the bill is their usual stupid nonsense. But anyway apparently there’s one sane thing in it. Who’d have thought?

    2. Broken clock…

Like, pourquoi c’etait pas à la base de leur fucking „laïcité“ ? Yon tout fait sauf règler un des seul vrai problèmes en rapport à la religion au Québec, les écoles privées religieuses financées par l’État…

    3. Stanislas, Brébeuf and and Notre Dame have 250 years or they’ll get a sternly worded letter warning them that if they don’t comply, they might get another sternly worded letter. Amen!

    4. As many problems as there are with Legault’s government, this at least isn’t a bad solution to the Catholic School debate occurring in a lot of provinces. Maintain funding, but imposes secularism mandates so things like Mass/Religious ceremonies & Religion classes become optional etc. If schools don’t comply, they don’t get funding.
