Ich stecke gerade in einer verwirrenden Situation mit Swisscom und frage mich, ob jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat.
Ich möchte mich anmelden blaues Mobile M – Nur SIM, kein Gerät, kein Rabatt.
Im offiziellen Swisscom-FAQ heißt es explizit:
„Die Mindestvertragsdauer bei Swisscom beträgt grundsätzlich 12 Monate. Bei Abonnements mit vergünstigten Geräten kann die Laufzeit 24 Monate betragen.“
Das klingt für mich ziemlich klar:
Nur SIM → normalerweise 12 Monate
Mit vergünstigtem Telefon → 24 Monate
Der Swisscom-Support sagte mir jedoch, dass dies der Fall sei „bei uns immer 24 Monate Mindestlaufzeit“ unabhängig davon, ob Sie ein Gerät mitnehmen oder nicht.
Anschließend habe ich die offiziellen Vertragsunterlagen („Besondere Bedingungen Mobilfunk“ + AGB Swisscom) geprüft.
Diese Dokumente tun es nicht Geben Sie eine feste 24-Monats-Regel an – es heißt nur, dass die Mindestvertragslaufzeit definiert ist im konkreten Angebot.
Theoretisch sollten also noch 12 Monate möglich sein, wenn kein Gerät beteiligt ist.
Hat es jemand in letzter Zeit (2024/2025) geschafft, dorthin zu gelangen? blaues Mobile M – oder jeder andere Blue Mobile-Tarif – mit a Mindestdauer 12 Monate?
Oder hat Swisscom stillschweigend alle Tarife auch für SIM-only auf 24 Monate umgestellt?
Kann ich irgendwo die genaue Vertragslaufzeit einsehen? vor Kaufen, ohne dass die Black Friday-Aktionspakete die Optionen durcheinander bringen?
Würde mich über Erkenntnisse oder aktuelle Erfahrungen freuen – Swisscom scheint widersprüchliche Angaben zu machen.

On their blue m page it seems pretty clear the minimum length is 24 months. Disgusting and I wouldn’t touch swisscom with a stick honestly.
1. that is a terrible deal.
2. this is what it says: “
* From 17 November to 1 December 2025, when you take out a new blue Mobile subscription, you will pay 39.90 per month for the first 12 months. In this case, the discount is 42% for blue Mobile S (standard price 69.90/month), 50% for blue Mobile M (standard price 79.90/month) and 60% for blue Mobile L (standard price 99.90/month). After 12 months, the standard price of the chosen subscription applies. The offer does not apply to a simple plan change. Minimum contract term: 24 months. Activation fee 59.90 (waived for online sign-up).“
You could try to call them I guess but if you don’t explicitly need a Swisscom subscription you should take a look at wingo’s offer. They use Swisscom’s network and their mobile subscription doesn’t have a minimum duration (at least when I subscribed)
I switched to them in 2022 and they were quite accommodating by activating their black Friday offer once my precious contact expired. The only negative change that happened since then was the price going up by 1CHF/month
