How can we keep giving non-custodial punishments for this kind of offence?? Have judges any idea how much damage this man has caused? Oh sure it’s just a few pictures, he didn’t physically hurt anyone. But it’s him and men like him that drive the demand for the sexual abuse images, which leads to others making it.
Some of the pictures were Category 1. If that’s not serious enough for jail time, then why are we even bothering with the categories?
Another day another nonce let off the hook. Would genuinely wonder if some judges have a few little skeletons in the closet or harddrive. Sick fucks the lot of them.
