      Thank you Nancy Pelosi for sending the National guard to DC. At least I’m told she’s the only one that can do it. Weird that Trump is taking credit for that ability now after he taught us all a civics lesson that the president absolutely cannot do it.

      Trump had a decision to make, escalate by needlessly sending more troops or deescalate by sending the troops home. Like usual Trump chose to be a dick.

      Potential violence is unfortunately, really kind of a logical conclusion when you send the National Guard in to act as the police…that’s not their job, and they’re not trained to do that. It’s like sending a squad of arsonists to put out a fire, instead of sending the Fire Dept … it’s not going to work out well in the end.

      The video of Hegseth talking about the escalation of troops is very strange. He seems oddly happy with himself about what happened to those troops. His demeanor is very suspicious.

      If Trump and loser Hegseth didn’t have the National Guard there on a PR scheme, these innocent Soldiers wouldn’t have lost their lives. They may not have pulled the trigger, but they definitely loaded the metaphorical gun.

      Military don’t have the proper ROE to handle the general population. These Soldiers are in an extremely risky and compromised position, because they cannot legally detain or use lethal force on civilians. Nor should they! Warfighters should fight wars, not police civillians. This is all so backwards and stupid.

      My heart aches for these Soldiers and their families. They didn’t deserve this. Their senior leadership should not have put them in this position.

      When I was stationed in DC and took the DC metro to my job every day as an active duty naval officer, I intentionally got dressed at work and changed out before riding home. I am not in the service in any capacity and have been in the private sector for many years now.

      Anyone who’s had the displeasure to work as a military member within the beltway understood the risks that come with presenting as a soft target for some lunatic to go ape shit on you.

      Many of us mitigated that risk where we can. Some decided to accept the risk and wear the uniform on transit etc.

      These guardsmen were deployed to DC and have been in the public eye as a soft target for many months now. All to satisfy the vanity of President Bone Spurs. It’s horrible what has happened to them – I’m sure everyone in their chain of command was thinking this was a possibility.

      To anyone who has cared to pay attention to, I don’t know, literally any fucking ATFP training in the last twenty years, you’d imagine an event like this playing out as some sort of unstoppable fate.

      Calling something a false flag is very tin foil hat, but this administration is absolutely the most likely to murder people for their own gain. I hate putting the hat on , but I very much believe this is their 3rd of the year. The timing was impeccable each time.

      Does anyone else think that this may be a plant? None of us believe that Trump was actually shot based on how his ear looks. during the campaign rally in 24. The 2nd attempted shooting, how could that person possibly know where Trump was going to be?

      Now Trump is in another pot of boiling water because of the Epstein files and his own daily criminality ripping off the American public.

      I’m very sorry for the 2 National Guard soldiers, they unfortunately were just following illegal orders military law hasn’t been declared, and they are the ones that have suffered for the D bag of a president we have.

      I’m not trying to be a conspiracy theorist but Dump needs deflection from the Epstein files that have been released and the files that we haven’t seen yet and this shooting is a good way to do it.

      At this point very little is known about the shooter and the criminal in chief and Noem are already blaming it on Biden.

      What do you want to bet that the shooter is not going to make it and we will never know if he was a terroist or a patsy?
