      This is dumb. An immediate ceasefire would reward Russia with all the occupied territory. Europe has the worst leaders.

      They’ve made this **very clear**, numerous times.

      If Kallas gives personal garantuee she will pay these billions back from her salary to Russia if Russia would win some future international court case against Belgium, i am sure Belgium would release the money immediatly. /s

      The only thing Belgium asks is international garantuees the world/eu will carry an equal share of the costs if that would happen.
      International nazi money/gold was taken after the total collapse of the regime and unconditional surrender for repairs, not before.

      An aside: Putin very much wants the war to continue, to keep him in the headlines, and maybe he’ll even take Ukraine. trump wants to push this in to nuclear war, and he would like to create even more destruction beyond nuclear war because he is that evil.
