Is this like a new direction for the **Citizens Advice Bureau** or a bunch of totally unrelated nutters?

Obviously this is futile, but it does keep these criminals in the spotlight. Because what southern water and the other privatised water companies have been doing would be a criminal offence in any nornal functioning society.
