    1. We have barely any Krispy Kreme places in AZ. What criteria is being used here?

I’d take a Krispy Kreme over Dunkin’, though. And never heard of the other two.

      >!Although we have some Krispy Kremes it would be Dunkin‘ here!<

Dunkin’ has been horrible for about a decade. Tim hortons have been popping up in NJ and they’re my new go to if I’m rushing in the morning. Way better breakfast Sammie’s then Wawa

I’ve lived all over different parts of florida for most of my life and I’ve never been anywhere that had a fraction as many Krispy Kremes and it did Dunkins

Based on Google searches? Twitter mentions? Store locations? A lot of states don’t make sense, so without a source, this is kind of meaningless.

North Dakota does not have a single daylight doughnut location. We have and enjoy our Krispy Kremes just fine, and while there are local brands that are culturally favored, a vast majority of doughnuts are sold, brandlessly, at gas stations

Never even seen a daylight donuts in the Midwest meanwhile the others are abundant. No chance this is accurate.

Every map like this I see, I always try to locate the spot closest to every spot. Northwest Tennessee residents, is it worth checkin all the donuts out?

I feel like Dunkin is more akin to Starbucks than it is to Krispy Kreme. Like yes they have donuts, but it’s more of a coffee franchise that also sells donuts. Hence why they took donuts out of their official name

I’m in Nebraska and never heard of Daylight donuts. We have tons of Dunkin’ and a couple Kripy kreme around though.

    11. Not a KK anywhere near us in WA, the one that was kinda close by, closed years ago.
      A few Henry’s donuts around.

    12. This can’t be real lol

Spent 3 months in Mississippi and never saw that chain

    13. NGL, I’ve been going to Dunkies drive through so long just for the coffee, I forgot they were originally mostly a donut place

    14. I live in Dunkin land, I’d wish all the Krispy Cremes hadn’t closed, far better donut.

    15. Nah this is wack. Krispy Kreme hasnt even been in CA for that long. Same with Dunkin (which are trash).

Yum Yum or Winchels if we’re talking chains, but the local joints with the pink boxes are the real favs, at least in LA.

    16. There isn’t a Daylight Doughnut (never heard of em) in North Dakota. This information is incorrect

    17. Dunkin Donuts are the single worst donuts ever devised by man.

Donuts so bad they removed them from the name.

Nonsense map. There are maybe eight Krispy Kremes in all of Washington. Compare that to a dozen or more Top Pot stores in the Seattle metro area.

Not to mention that the concept itself of a “dominant donut brand” in WA means about as much as awarding a dominant whale watching tour operator in Indiana.

    19. In Texas, outside of maybe Houston, everyone’s favorite donut store is called DONUTS #3 or some variation of that, that makes all the essentials.

I lived in Iowa for 22 years and Missouri for 23 years and I’ve never heard of daylight donuts

    21. rhonnypudding on

As a Krispy Kreme hater from the PNW, this is disappointing. They are barely even donuts.

    22. This is inaccurate as fuck. There are only two Daylight Donuts in my whole state.

There are six Dunkin Donuts in my *city*.

    23. ChronosBlitz on

Here in Boston, I can literally start at one Dunkin and hold my breath long enough to walk to another one.

They seem to be everywhere in this city.

    24. AGrandNewAdventure on

Dunkin in Minnesota is a travesty… they have such awful service, and donuts.

    25. barkeep_goalkeep on

Born and raised Iowan here that used to travel the state for sales work and I live in the capital city, Des Moines.

I don’t want to be that guy but… Wtf is Daylight Donuts? Never heard of them, small or big towns.

Most popular is definitely Dunkin, I can give you a first hand on the Bible testimony, the map is wrong.
