Funny, now I was imagining wild chihuahua wolves that haunt guinea pigs. The Akita Inu must have the biggest share? I read it is one of the dog breeds that is more or less „wolf-like“ but still domesticated.
Dogs and wolves can still produce offspring, iirc. There is a wolf sanctuary in Pennsylvania that has (what appear to be) normal looking dogs, but the original owners were forced to surrender them after the genealogy showed a percentage of wolf that made the pet illegal to own.
Ok, how can there be 0
My poodle has 0 wolfiness in her.
Chihuahua’s are ruthless, fierce creatures despite their size. Not surprising!
Tell this to my dachshund who is afraid of the moon
My mom had a Chihuahua when we were kids. We were fascinated by its fierce stupidity and would test it every day. You could pet him very sweetly/nicely with one hand, and he would love it. But if you brought your other hand near him, he would growl and snap at it like it was a murderous invader.
It was hilarious entertainment to us. How did he not realize both hands were from the same kid.
