They just went private I’m guessing.
Now they will just give it to the government for free.

What? They didn’t like free money? Right.
The letter only says that the one program is shutting down, not that they will not start a new one and continue selling data as before.
The only thing surprising about the headline in this dystopian time is that they were *sold* — I’d have assumed they’d share that information gratis.
Is crazy how penny wise and pound foolish some “team capitalists” and their billionaire bros are.
Trust in markets. Safety. Being able to get money back for a cancelled flight. These make the market.
Big industry not wanting regulations because that impedes profits is so dumb and shortsighted.
