After only reading that awful, fear-mongering title, I said to myself *and they also MIGHT get better!*

The introduction of AI into every process and program means we’re going to see more and more cascading glitches. It’s pretty obvious that they cost cutting measures will make things worse and worse.

      The issue are two fold:

      1) Lack of investment by companies. These companies are a business and they hold off on upgrades and work people to exhaustion. The biggest threat is the people aspect. Capitalism demands more and more profits at all costs. They only way to do that is screw over your workers.

      2) The sophistication of attacks, combined with the utter decimation of the US Cyber Defense leaves the US vulnerable. People are not aware of how much counter hacking goes on to protect US systems and Cyber Infrastructure.

I was forced to ensure my AI usage was high and we used it to review the change per company standard.

      Takes platform down.

I actually used AI to build a program asking it to build shit that I’ll never use just so my company would stop asking me about my fucking AI usage. So I guess it was helpful.

Just wait… Eventually, a DEVICE is gonna roll out, one that is advertised as to having „service that will NEVER go down“….  This device will be connected directly to the brain, and people will line up, WILLINGLY, to have the „number“ marked upon their flesh/mind…

There were no internet outages, the outages aren’t affecting anyone’s internet connections.
Cloudflare and aws outages affect services that rely on them. Which is a huge amount of online services. The internet was still available.
Hopefully this helps people move back to independently managed services instead of the homogenised wall garden of websites were stuck with now.
