Personally I think it should be illegal, if only because it essentially creates a breach for a family or doctor to just kill inconvenient patients for them under the argument of „its best for them“.
Its way too easy to abuse that as one can see in Canada.

20 years from now it will be legal everywhere, with all these old people with no family to care for them becoming the responsibility, and a cost, to the state. Im pretty certain of this.
