      Very funny to me that Americans start to realize 6 hours a day of Instagram reels is bad for you, but they think the problem is the color of light you’re looking at. It’s like when they think they can eat 3000 calories of meat and grease a day, as long as it isn’t seed oils.

      Bullshit for 500. one study vs the rest that show it does affect sleep patterns? Nah.

    5. First, even the original article doesn’t have sources, it only says that developpemental psychologists did an experimental research and that they came to a conclusion. So we can’t really take that as valid for now.
