Paywalled, but from I can tell, they’re taking advantage of a tool that can allow read through of premature stop codons („nonsense“ variants). I’m curious how this differentiates between regular stop codons, and premature stop codons. I’m assuming it’s something involved in the nonsense mediated decay machinery?
