Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn es eine Klausel gäbe, nach der Unternehmen die Namen der KI-Tools veröffentlichen müssten, die sie bei Einstellungs-/Entlassungsentscheidungen verwenden, ähnlich wie eine Liste von Marketingtools veröffentlicht wird, um die Cookie-Gesetze einzuhalten
