Ich verstehe, dass es sich um einen Bescheid über einen Strafzettel wegen Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitung handelt, aber dieser enthielt einen Link zu einer Website und einem Papier, in dem man den Strafzettel grundsätzlich zugibt oder ablehnt? Ich war vor ein paar Monaten in Deutschland und wurde mit Sicherheit von einigen Radarkameras angefahren, also hatte ich das irgendwie erwartet, aber da steht mir weder der Ticketbetrag noch die Zahlungsmethode zur Verfügung, ich kann einfach das Formular „Ich bin“ ausfüllen Schuldige Form und das möchte ich nicht wirklich tun. Weiß irgendjemand, ob mich das ficken wird, wenn ich es vorerst einfach ignoriere, oder was soll ich tun?

You should just give the necessary information and wait for the invoice.
It will only get more expensive if you do nothing.

You can either admit to it, and then receive the charge, or deny. They will then see if they can prove it’s you, (they usually have pictures), and will fine you anyway. The second option ends up being a lot more expensive, it’s only advisable if you’re sure it wasn’t you.
This is not the ticket yet. It’s a hearing form about the violation. The real ticket will be sent later.
Well, with 32km/h over the limit you are in the „loss of drivers license in Germany for a month“ area. So you are now asked to say something about it. If you don’t it is usually assumed that you don’t deny those charges. Once the deadline is over the fine will be 260€.
