I’m sure that trillion dollar corporate tax cut we passed last spring will start trickling down any day
ugh, I have verizon and … while the actual physical stores are „ok“ (I can’t say anything really bad about the few i’ve dealt with, everyone was super nice and accommodating)
The online has been a hot fucking mess for … awhile, and it’s only gonna get worse now.
I wonder if they will get the jelly of the month club membership

Maybe because you pay twice as much for Verizon service than you do for many other carriers. There are many choices for cell service now a days. It isn’t the old days when just Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile were around. Spectrum was offering free cell service for a year this summer, simply trying to get people to try them out.
Hilarious that there is an actual Verizon ad embedded in this sub!

I switched from Spectrum to Verizon recently, mainly because it had faster speeds for cheaper, but a minor justification was the massive layoffs Spectrum just did. And now Verizon does this… I guess there’s no escaping it.
How is your hiring process and monitoring so bad that you realize you have this many people that you need to cut. Incompetence at its finest
