While the results of this study are shocking, I don’t really feel much connection to the problem…
Electroconvulsive therapy saved my life. However one of the side effects was losing a year of my memory. Other people have more serious side effects with the therapy. I’m not familiar with the side effects of a therapeutic dose of ketamine but if they are lesser than those of ECT, it could be a good alternative.
Now, I want to combine them.
