Hats off to China. They had to do the space race largely solo. No Boeing, NASA, JPL, Elon….or any of the others that I missed that got us to space and beyond. With that said it also amazes me that they landed onto the far side of the moon and brought back samples. I am sure that pissed some people off. They have their own space station since they are not welcome on ISS. So doing all that earns my appreciation. People think all China does is steal things. Well I believe in the next 10+ years it will be countries stealing from them. Looking at biotech, medical procedures, computer/quantum, next generation power generation and much more.

stranded? They are supposed to stay in space.

If I replace a flat tire with my only backup tire, my car is NOT stranded, it’s still running and actually one accident away from being stranded…

This is like when your Frisbee gets stuck in a tree so you throw your shoe at it to knock it down, then the Frisbee falls out but now your shoe is up there

    4. Stuff like this makes you realize the insane levels of propaganda in the media.

      – SZ-21 mission launches with the next Tiangong crew rotation. They dock with the station.
      – A day later one of the windows of the SZ-20 capsule gets impacted by orbital trash.
      – As a result SZ-20 astronauts return to Earth using the SZ-21 capsule instead of their own.
      – [SZ-22 capsule is launching in a few days](https://spacenews.com/china-to-launch-shenzhou-22-spacecraft-nov-25-to-provide-lifeboat-for-astronauts/) to replace the damaged SZ-20

Meanwhile Western media is trying to report it as something catastrophic when the Chinese are handling the incident very smoothly.
