      He gave his blessings because he initiated an investigation of the democrats of the trumpstein files. And with an open investigation it doesn’t matter if its unanimously passed in both houses it can’t be released to the public. Same old bs

      Is there any reason why Trump couldn’t just classify the docs that he is in? Then when unclassified stuff gets released none of it mentions him. That’s my current concern.

      He only said “House Republicans” should vote for the release. The absence of Senate Republicans is not a mistake IMO. These files are among way from ever getting released.

      I’m not looking forward to any of the release anymore tbh. This thing feels like it has been touched by so many hands that they will find one or two sacrificial lambs for the public to release their wrath on and conveniently big names just walk free, on both sides.

      After seeing DJT supporters be ok with pedophilia and/or similar acts, nothing will change them. DJT could literally bang their wife, tie a cement block around her ankles and drop her in the sea and they will claim it’s because he is masculine and it’s good for the country.

      With Maxwell being moved to club Fed and possibly asking for, and getting, a commutation of her sentence, I have a feeling she’s sitting on the real damning evidence. All the stalling on releasing the files has been the plan to allow those who are guilty to pay up to remain unnamed.

      If he is in favor of releasing the files then why not just release them. No need for Congress to vote to create a law

      That didn’t stop the push to release the Epstein files.

      The shutdown bought him time to craft a new „investigation“.

      The shutdown ends.

      218 signatures happened.

      A NEW investigation is announced into potential uncharged co-conspirators.

      Trump says he’s OK with the release, KNOWING he has two ways of stopping the release.

      Maybe they scrubbed the files. Maybe.

      Maybe he’s going to try to block the release because of a ’new‘ investigation.

      But I think the main reason is because he knows he will lose the vote, so he’s getting ahead of it.

      This is simply to save face. He knows a handfull of republicans are planning on abandoning him and voting for the Pedo files release. It’ll look better for him afterwards when 60+ house Republicans vote in favor of releasing the files.

      There’s an aspect of this whole affair that needs to emphasized more than it has been amidst Trump’s spectacular about face on the Epstein vote…

      I needs to be clearly and widely publicized that Trump can release the entirety of the ***Epstein Pedo Philes*** by simply ordering Bondi to release them. No House vote would be required, no Senate vote would be required! Only Trump’s order is required.

      Trump released the still classified (at the time) documents about the JFK assassination… and the RFK assassination… and the MLK assassination… simply because he wanted to.

      There is no reason he shouldn’t do the same thing with the **Pedo Philes** … unless he knows that there is one…

      He’s only pretending to support releasing them now to take the heat off. His next move will be to launch a fabricated investigation into Democrats and then claim the Epstein files are part of that probe—so he “can’t” release them.

      I think you are all correct. They likely finished scrubbing Drumpf from the files, his ego can’t take people going against him so he’s trying to own it, and Bondi now has a list of guilty Dems she will prosecute while protecting guilty MAGA allies.
