Not good, benzos are a bad class of chemicals imo
They’re not addictive
I just take a similar one as prescribed and I have no ill effects and it keeps me from flipping thee f out most days
Popular show talking about something that some people don’t know much about drives them to Google that thing. Shocker.
I sometimes take half a tablet when I am in despair and can’t calm myself down. Then I feel ok and fall asleep.
