Fetterman has a pacemaker specifically because of his irregular heartbeat issues, and he has access to some of the best healthcare available. He shouldn’t be having episodes this bad.

Modern pacemakers are actually Bluetooth enabled. Mine (implanted in 2020) actually connects to my phone and keeps my cardiologist updated on how my heart is doing. But they absolutely can and do actively modify your heart rate with it, usually as part of diagnostic testing.
Bluetooth is pretty notoriously hackable, though, and I’m sure with the resources of, say the CIA, a group of people could figure out a way to weaponize this feature.
This could have been a warning shot, letting him know they can kill him at any time, and it will look like a natural death.
I’m just wondering how long they’ve been using this against him, because it certainly helps explain his paranoia since taking office.
